2008 GRANGE INSURANCE NORTH-SOUTH ALL-STAR CLASSIC GAME

Speedway's Senior defensive lineman Zach Hall was recently selected to participate in the 2008 Grange Insurance North-South All-Star Classic game. Hall will join recent Sparkplug All-Stars Adam Walton (P/'07) and Zach Dennis (OL/'04) on the Sparkplug Individual Wall of Fame for being selected. The game will be played on July 18th at 7:30pm at North Central High School.

Congratulations to all athletes who represented Speedway High School this year.

All athletes wishing to participate next year, please speak with your sport's coach in order to receive summer workout information.

Speedway Football
The football team looks to improve this year with the return of 22 incoming seniors. Last years teams had an overall record of 8-3, losing the heartbreaker to rival Ritter and both games to North Putnam.

Speedway Volleyball
The volleyball team also looks to improve with almost a full returning varsity team. They look to have another amazing season like they have done the few years.

Speedway Soccer
Both boys and girls soccer teams are focusing on clinching another West Central Conference championship like they did this past season.
