MISSION STATEMENT
IT IS THE MISSION OF SPEEDWAY SCHOOLS TO INSPIRE AND PREPARE STUDENTS TO EMBRACE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TODAY AND THE POSSIBILITIES OF TOMORROW.
The School Town of Speedway is located on the west side of Indianapolis in the town of Speedway. We are an urban school district on the fringe of a large city located in Marion County. The school corporation consists of four elementary schools (grades K-6), one junior high school (grades 7-8), and one high school (grades 9-12). This year's enrollment is approximately 1500 students.
